Availability

Occasionally we will temporarily run out of stock of an item due to high demand. If this is ever the case for an item you ordered, we will send you an out-of-stock e-mail within 24 business hours. If you have a time-constraint on your order please respond to the e-mail and our Customer Service team will work on a solution for you!

Placing an Order

When you place an order, we require you to provide us with Personal Information. We use this information to give you a customized experience and to process the orders that you place with us.
For your shopping convenience, personal information you provide to us online to set up your Personal Account is automatically saved and stored by us. This includes information such as your billing address, email address, telephone number(s), credit card number (which is stored in encrypted form) and reward program information. Your Personal Account is password protected from third parties. You may access your Personal Account by requesting your password from us (go to My Account) and then signing in with that password. Afterward, you may change your password, edit your Personal Information or request a password reminder at any time. Our database stores your billing and delivery information, and will automatically transfer it to the order form each time you place an order so that you do not have to re-enter this information when you sign in at subsequent visits.

Charges and Authorizations

When you place an order on our site, an authorization is placed on your funds in the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available.

Payment Methods

Credit Card (Preferred Method)

We recommend that all orders be placed online via credit card payment. From the shopping cart, you have the option to check out using our secure server. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.

Wire Transfers

Shipping

We will ship within 24 business hours from our warehouse in California.
Pure Napkin California ships the majority of its products via FedEx, however, for certain large and heavyshipment other carrier may be also used. Please contact our Customer Service for further information.

Shipping charges for common carrier and FedEx items are calculated by factoring in the weight, dimensions, and shipping distance. Our shipping calculator is linked with FedEx so we charge FedEx list rates to ship the items to your location. Pure Napkin California strives to offer you the best price that we can.

Refund and Return policy

Retail order: Original condition up to $ 200 in value, cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund. .

Wholesale or restaurants please contact customer service. In original condition / restocking fees 20% of the items price applies. Damaged and/ or personalized items, can not be returned.
